You don't need to print out the confirming letter. There is a testers' list on the bulletin board and you can find your name and registration number in the list.
Just take your passport with you.
By the way , in Hongkong the TOEFL testers take the exam with the GRE issue testers in the same room. It woule be noisy for TOEFL testers hearing the typing sound. Be concentrated !
