i find what one school requirement to the GMAT at least is 660 from its admission online.

so  whatever, if you send your 640 GMAT to them ,they still don't consider you ,even your other factors are excel?

Most if not all schools do not have a minimum requirement for GMAT. Well you'd better in their 80% range though. You might wanna score a much higher score than 640 if you are an asian students if you dont have a stellar background. yes, STELLAR!!
