What is 四大? Generally, MS programs are more lenient if you don't have any working experience. Nothing is easier though, especially if you're going for top 10 or 15. Figure out the program you're most interested in and just go for it! If you don't get in the first time, you can always look for a finance job. It'll help boost your application, get more out of the program when you do get in, and maybe even give you a better idea if that's really the field that you'd like to get into.
