035 Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Attending a live performance (for example, a play, concert, or sporting event) is more enjoyable than watching the same event on television. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.
It has become so popular nowadayts to attend live performance rather than merely watch the same program through television. As far as I am concerned, I tend to enjoy the performance on the spot. My views can be greatly sustantiated by the following discussions.
First and foremost, people can greatly enjoy the atmosphere and hightly devote themselves to the live shows. When people are attending the performance on the spot, they feels that they are no longer mere audiences, they become super fans. Therefore it is much more easier for people to be influced by the exciting atmosphere of the show. Normally people tend to devote more in live shows because of the fact that feedbacks could be instantly noticed from the players, wihc led to higher passion of the attenders.
Apart from the excitement brought from the atmosphere, people can also enjoy a more completed show on the spot without disturbing by commercial advertisements. As a result of the significant indluence of television in people’s life, the more popular TV programs would attract more investment in advertisements by the corporations. As matter of fact, there will be many interruptions during the programs which may greatly reduce the continuity of the show and lower the interests of the audiences accordingly. Such negative impact could be eliminated by enjoying the show on field.
Admittedly, it is true that every action would have its pros and cons for its feasibility, attending live performance is expensive and time consuming to some extend. Nevetheless, we cannot deny that it brings greater fun and joyfulness , both physically and mentally.
To sum up, in the light of the above discussions, it can be safely said that attending a live show is more enjoyable, especially in the exciting atmosphere and the continuity of the performance.
