BY P24页 21题

解释上说是 dozens of New York's small museums 与 many one-of-a-kind museums不构成相反概念，所以两个并列分句在逻辑上意思不能形成对比。。。

但是，我的理解是，虽然纽约有几十家博物馆devoted to local history & various ethnic groups,  但是也有 open for exploration on summer weekends的，不是是个转折吗。。。

问题比较傻，谢谢各位

前半句说的是专注于地方史和少数民族的博物馆，后半句说的是专注于one-of-a-kind主题的博物馆，各有各的主题，哪有转折意思啦？
后半句如果要和前半句构成转折关系，后半句应该是devoted for public culture之类的意思，跟local什么的明显构成反义才行。
