continue已经表达了过去延续到现在的意思，所以it will continue意思已经完整，无需it has了。且，it has and will continue两个不同时态的谓语揉合在一起应该这样表达：it has continued and will continue，因it has 和will 共用一个continue，has continue显然是错的。
