I'm not clear on the difference between "such as what is made" and "such as that".  Any suggestions?

such as 应该直接跟名词或代词——总之是物，what is made指物。

such as 后面不能跟句子。

But "such as that (progress) in higher level reasoning" is not a sentence.

that/this/these在书面表达中不能直接做代词，口语中可以。

。。。可是这道题选的是E啊。 这道题E里面的that并没有单独指代，后面有in ...修饰的。
