刚收到学校发来的邮件：

Your I-20 package has been sent via U.S.Postal service First class.
Your Sevis ID is:********. You may use this number to book an
appointment date with the U.S Embassy.

初次申请自己东碰西撞得什么也不懂, 请问信上的意思是说在我收到I-20后就可以跟美大使馆预约签证了吗？这样能代表学校已录取了吗？

You are better off contacting the AD office directly to check out your admission. Know more about the tuition and fees, as well as any possible scholarship packages they would offer you.

建议问问清楚，I20在美欧任何资金证明的条件下就发下来，好像很少有人遇见

it really depends on what school. Some belong average schools use mass I-20 to get the deposit because they know that they have 30 days grace period to put i-20 in the computer system.
