Nice enviroment + cocktail

Around 30 ppl attend + 10 alumni

The alumni are really very nice and helpful and very recommend the school (well, as expected)

All chinese alumni seems to be have oversea working / study / living experience

Only 1 are locally born, educated, worked (base), but actually have many overseas experience

Schools emphasis on diversity and international experience

You must emphasis that you fit into the culture.  There are many reasons that you can't live/work/study aboard. Don't worry

You may substitute overseas experience with working for foreign companies in China... it must help  ;-)

No necessary you have no chance; most applicants have no overseas experience. What matters most, I believe, is how relevant are your experiences to the B-schools and how you can stand out from average applicatants...
