213问得好，但是我不知道，让牛牛解答。

222，是一个倒装。正常的语序应该时enabling it to withhold the identities of its sources of intelligence information from the public.

230。 在此referring to较为准确的表达了意思：当提到...。with reference to/in reference to的准确意思是"关于"=regard to。后者没有前者那么准确的表达smokers表达的担心。

Body: a group of persons or things. 比如说fighting body, a legislative body,虽然都是body单是表示的是复数概念。

我听了老管的课，说这道题用body的意思是，这些nerve cells是1个body里面的，不是多个body里面的nerve cells，所以这里还只能用body，否则逻辑意思就不对了。希望对你有帮助。

偶也有同样的问题，查了相关的帖子，没有说明是否同位语可以和主语单复数不一致？或者，如果body 是抽象的话，为何用a  body 呢？请哪位nn再给指点指点吧！
