the point is not whether she should disclose the backgroud or not, Actually she already did in other website but wont do in CD. and even suggest all the friends to check there. That makes us to concern whether she really acheived what she said. and we got to think maybe that is Advertisement.
If someone dont respect the CD spirit to share/exchange the valuable infomation, and only regard here to show herself or even want to make any profit here. We have to say that they find the wrong place.

First of all, I don't think the intention of such threads is 100% for "showing off". In any sense, getting an offer or an admission is a joyful think, and I believe most of people could not help telling others at such a moment. However, in terms of backgrounds or like, I personally believe the author has the absolute right to decide whether to disclose, what to disclose, and to what extent.
Yes, CD is a place for us to exchange information, and yet, there is no binding obligation for member to share everything.
If you want to post some fake offers, it is your judgement and decision.
