至于DUKE 的排名,首先,DUKE从来不是TOP 10

其次，那你说说，什么不STUPID？光看位置STUPID不？

Location, Location and Location. Plus NYU is actually a really great school among B-schools, if you want to do I-banking back in Hongkong, NYU is much better than Duke. If you are from Shanghai, Beijing or other big cities, definetely come to NYC for a city life.

大家都消消气吧。LZ发这个帖子也不是想看见另一场城里老鼠 vs 乡下老鼠的骂战吧……

萝卜青菜各有所爱，每一个学校都有自己的长处和短处。排名Program有些道理，否则不会那么多人跑去读Kellogg, Wharton, Duke, 甚至Tuck；地理位置的加分也是事实，看哥大粉丝对其推崇程度就知道——毕竟很少学生或者校友会只提及自己学校的地理优势的。

LZ，找个最适合自己性格和发展需求的吧。

if you just like every chinese, whom dreams of high paying IB job, NYU is a no-brainer.

If IBM is ultimate goal, Duke is not a bad choice.

兄弟们别争的太激烈，以后北美大陆见面还是哥们呢。

在城里待时间长了去村里歇歇也不错，找工作有R三角呢不怕

不过大苹果的诱惑也好大啊，时尚之都哦，M博物馆,百老汇。。。

两学校区别还是很大的，应当不难选，

LZ自己应该有主义了吧已经呵呵

No offense to folks in Duke, but just want to know your experience with Durham.

Most of people in US might hear the rape scandal in Duke lacrosse team. Quote news from AP:"The rape allegations have roiled the campus and the city, raised racial tensions, and heightened the long-standing antagonism between the privileged students at the elite university and the poorer people of Durham."

"The stripper is black and said her attackers were white. Investigators and witnesses have said the lacrosse players taunted her with racial slurs and insults.

Students and townspeople have marched on campus and off in recent days, angry over the school's handling of the allegations and the team members' refusal to cooperate with police. Investigators have said the athletes are sticking together and keeping silent. No one has been charged."

come on! we r going to America, where hundreds of women(and dozens of men, I guess) are raped everyday! What a fuss? It became a sensational news only because it was done by a college athlete and happened in Duke.

就像南大，浙大，和复旦，当然选择复旦咯

可能比较不是很恰当，但是单纯从找工作的角度来说，suppose你不是上海人，要在上海找工作，肯定是复旦比较吃的开。
