My b-school application is rather non-traditional. There were so many ups and downs. Even though the result is great by all standard, it is just missing the original goal (some personal reasons). It is kind of like I worked hard towards a specific target but ended up with a completely different one. Pleasure? Disappointment? Maybe a little bit of both. I think life sometimes plays practical joke on people. But anyway, I should appreciate what I have and move forward with a great attitude, for me, and for my lady.
undergrad from a liberal arts college in the US, GPA 3.9, GMAT 780, 2 yrs WE in litigation consulting, currently in a phd program (I am dropping out to shift gear to MBA because I am afraid of Permanent Head Damange)
I would suggest people to have at least 3 years of WE. Mine is always a concern of being too short by the interviewers.
