Congrat! Both schools are very decent. I believe based on last year's Business review ranking, Cornell was at 7 and Hass was around 25. However, I am not familiar with Cornell's TMO program, so can't comment on it, sorry. I would compare the two schools in the following areas:
1) Location - West coast vs. East coast, small town vs. big city.
2) Culture - Being a Cal undergraduate alum with a Cornell alum husband , I believe the major difference is alumni network. Cornell being one of the ivy league schools and located in a small town, you will have much stronger bonding with the classmates and alumni network.
3) Career tracks - Johnson school is heavily finance focus vs. Hass' Tech focus.
4) Financially - I believe Johnson's tuition is higher than Hass', at least for US residents, not sure for I-students.
Hope my 2 cents help...
