Congratulations! I think Berkeley has much much better reputation in China and globally! I am not familiar with Cornell TMO, but based on my visit and other experience with Haas, Haas has second to none faculty and students.

Berkeley enjoyes higher reputation in graduate studies while Cornell is better in undergraduate studies. In terms of MBA program, Haas is harder to get into while the one-year program of Johnson is more cost-efficient. It really depends on your career goal to make a decision.
