有没有哪位大牛拿了Rutgers Phd in Finance 的Offer，如果可能的话可否早点作定，小弟在Waitinglist 上，已经快绝望了。万分感谢！！！

I got the offer from Rutgers Ph.D in Finance but there is no any financial aid. It means I have to pay for anything. I am thinking about to turn it down. Will you be able to be a self-funding student? I asked the school. It said it will be no chance within the four to get any funding form school.

hehe, Rutgers is playing this game again.

Back in 2003, knew one guy got admission without funding.
