I have no idea about which one is more popular back in China, but as far as the ranking concerned IU certainly is the right choice. IU is in TOP10 in the field of Marketing and Finance based on the Bizweek Specialization Ranking 2004. Since you want to focus on the 2, IU is the answer for sure.
Plus, in L.A, Marshall is an real underdog when competing with Andersen.
just to mention that IU is also facing strong competitions from top schools around that area, i.e. Chicago, Northwest, and other good schools, e.g. Purdue, UIUC, Iowa ...
