多大岁数的MBA应该放弃投行、咨询梦？

Yes, I agree. And my previous comment was based on the assumption that LZ has several years' w/e after MBA study.

I heard age is more a problem for a banker. Since most bankers have to work some crazy hours for the first years. Age definitely will be an issue when a 35 years old has to compete against a 28.

MC/IB好象是(相对)最不考虑先前工作经验的吧, 换而言之, 工作经验丰富与27-8岁的同学在竞争的时候未必会有很大的优势, 但个人觉得, MBA不等于咨询/投行, 提升下自己, 开阔下眼界, 在回到自己原来的行业说不定也会有意想不到的结果.

在咨询公司，如果有很丰富的行业经验了，提升会很快的。

有人5年做到partner，进去的时候都要40岁了。他行业经验丰富，做起项目来很顺手的，比较少纸上谈兵。

don't know about MC. For IB, previous experience is a big plus sometimes.
