答案是C，不太明白，在这句话中 nose 前一定要加 the 吗？

另外问一下, in human, in humans 这两个表达都是正确的吗？

yes, the tip of nose ----------> the tip of the nose

human/ n = human being, thus, humans = human beings.   however, "human" can be an adjective. (e.g.  'the human body',  'human life')

'in human' is incorrect but  'in humans' is correct.
