我再来补充一下：

that 要是加上就是多余的了，因为这里的one 指代的explosion，还原后就是they believe  the explosion to be of ,其实这里的one就好象是象征了that 了，所以再加的话，肯定是多余的~

应该是做主语不能省，做宾语可以省，问题是，做宾语必须省吗？

若是同位语，one+定语从句，为什么必须省略that?

若必须省略that, one虽然是代词，但能够引导定语从句吗？依据是？？？？
