个人感觉Rutgers的课程设置相较其他几个学校更吸引人，更合理一些。

Kevin拿到Rutgers的奖了吗？

You have many chances to get a global pay in China since you have gotten a degree in HR with good reputation.

Anyway,I think UMN has a good networking.In the long run,it is useful during your whole career path.

But within two or three years, the opportunity cost may be a little high,kind of investment,right?

Thanks for you advice. To further my study in the US is really a kind of investment. And definately I will come back to China after graduation.

The total investment cost will be: tuition and fee+living expense+opportunity cost(2 yrs salary based on current income neglecting salary increase and promotion in the coming 2 yrs)= 20K*2+15K*2+60K=130K USD

My total cost would be around 130K*8=1040K RMB. It is really a very HIGH cost.

I heard somebody come back to China from Cornell can get only 40KUSD per year, not an atractive salary. Is this a global pay?

How much would be the average salary for Chinese graduates? Who has the information to share?
