Present something to the interviewer is TOTALLY differenct from presenting additional stuff to admission committee. It's better for interviewer because most of them are conducted blindly, the more detail and specific you go, the more likely you can convince him/her, after all they interview less than 10, if not one or two, applicant per year. However, there are hundreds of thousands of applicants who sent additional stuff to adcom, either the third rec letter or working material, you couldn't stand out by doing this, unless your additional recommender were gradating from HBS or like I said before you work can impress them in one heartbeat, because they are able to sense it from from miles away. and the websites of certain top schools state more than clearly that "Please do NOT deliever any extra material to us, such as your working paper....." Why? Chew on that , man.
