From Wharton:

Interest begins to accrue at the time of loan disbursements.  You can pay the interest while attending school or you can wait until the end of your grace period, which is 6-months after graduation.  After the grace period repayment begins and your monthly payment includes interest that has been capitalized (if not paid during in-school) and added to the principal.  

Regarding transaction fees, we do not have a transaction fee for the Citibank loan.

消除一个误会以为读书期间不要利息，而且还从毕业后6个月才开始算利息。我就说没有这么好的事情呢。

为什么Citibank给不同的学校会有不同的利率呢？不懂哎。

R1 是在一个时间点都发了的。好像和R2不一样。R2 真折磨人, but longer waitting, stronger excitement!
