建立CBSF全面信息库的建议

actually i had similar suggestion about one year ago.

My suggestion here is: we actually don't need to get very detail information from all the Chinese MBA students.

Just same as the successful applicant interview, we can track those people and asked them about their b school experiences and let them talk about sth after b school.any lesson learnt from their b school life. This might be more helpful.

for example,

2 years ago, XXX got offer from AAA MBA program. He was interviewed by CD and told CD why he wanna do MBA and what he wanted to do after MBA.

Now he graduated, we can have same interview process, and ask him whether he has achieved his goal,how and why. whether to disclose company and contact info all depends on him.

既然我们有成功申请人的访谈，我们也可以有b school过来人的访谈。我们也可以追踪曾经的成功申请人。

电影可以有续集，b school生活也一样。

以前有16岁的花季，后来续集叫走过花季。那么采访b school过来人就叫走过商学院。就是这样就要麻烦站长又组织

工程浩大的采访和编辑了。

想法不错，但不现实。

如果一开始就想把这个数据库做得十全大补，我看的确不现实。但为什么我们就不可以从今年的准MBA学生着手准备呢？今年的准MBA就是明年的MBA，就是后年的graduate，就是今后在McKinsey,BCG,Bain,摩根斯坦利，高盛的中流砥柱！这些不光是留给后面学弟学妹的宝贵信息，对于我们都可能是一生的财富。

如何让所有参与的人都能获益，如何使信息流动起来，产生价值，我觉得这才是我们应该考虑的问题。任何新生事物的发展肯定都是困难重重，这也正是我们这些future leaders可以小试牛刀的地方。
