Section 14-19的答案是不是要更新一下了，11版OG的答案是D，因为are allowed to dump是持续到现在的动作。这里的时态要求是跟平常的simple past套past perfect不太一样。我看见11版新题的帖子里面是改了，不过这里也提醒一下跟我一样在复习的新手吧，免得弄混了
