请问OG208题正确答案中" tissues not normally found"是不是过去分词的否定式用法?

I am not ban zhu. This is just my personal opinion.

I think "not normally found" is negative form of past participle modifying "tissues". tissues not normally found is appositive modifying "tooth and bone".
