Can find some chinese on WL? then u may just recommend them to Berkeley so that at least more Chinese get the chances.

They have sent out their offers and notified waitlisted candidates. I replied to the PhD coordinator with my acceptance of the place on their waitlist. She said she would notify me of my final status "shortly".
