So many guys admitted by ROSS, but it seems that most of them are still waiting for some other "better" offers. I suppose that ROSS is the “last choice”for those who also applies for other top schools.

dear sir, do you have data to support your claim? or just your personal speculation. As a MBA candidate, you would be better off to talk in a "fact based" approach. Otherwise, your argument would be a fairly weak, or just a groundless claim. You can apply this speculation to any other schools as you want though the credibility might not be good.
