LZ线划的对吗?我觉得那个非划线的as great好象不对.

1. as great an impact on --------> as/how/so/too/this/that + adjective + a/an + noun      here "as" almost = so

个人觉得这里as great写的有些多余. 同意后面的as..as 比较.

if there is no "as", the first "as", the sentence would change into:  ......has rarely had a great impact on as many....as.....
