正确答案Ｅ中结构为A...and....B　　　这种两个在一起并列应该不在这个and前叫逗号吧？　那为什么这道题加了呢？

这里有大小两个并列：黄色HIGHLIGHT部分是大并列，划线部分是in the rise of 中的小并列,这个小并列中一共有四个成份，每个成份都用逗号分开，并在最后一个并列成份前加and。

对呀　　这里的大并列有２个　　那最后一个and前不能有逗号（, [and in the victory of ]  the Usuli “mujtahids” in Shiite Iran and Iraq.）　　怎么ＯＧ却有呢？

Choose the least evil, not the best!

ABCD中画线部分的the AA in BB与未画线部分的the CC of DD in EE没有办法平行，因此ABCD都不可能对

再说了，你可以把E中最后的逗号看做是为了表明前面有4个形如the AA in BB的成分的平行而特意加上去的，是为了将大平行与小平行区隔开来。

这种灵活的用法你不一定认为它是对的，但是这种“问题”并不是你排除选项的依据。
