She wouldn't have your resume before (at least this is the situation for on-campus interview with the 2nd-year students), so you won't expect too many tricky questions.

Wharton is one of the biggest Business school in the world. Every year it recruits ~800 students. If you multiply that number with +30%, ratio of international students, it comes up with +240. If 1/6 (conservative? I don't know) of those seats are offered to China, then we get +40. If we spread that number evenly in all 3 rounds, we get about +13 admission in each round. This is not a small number.
I have learned from many people that some schools, like wharton and UMC, want to interviews at least 50 or 60% applicants.
If you get interviews from these schools, you only have less than 1/3 chance to get offers. For other schools, if you get an interview, you have 50% or more chance to get a offer.
