例如：

仔细比较这两个都是“假设”的意思可以感觉出后者好！

Three networks broadcast three independent statement(S), which are "exactly the same".

So, if we look to answer C to be a right answer, the word "statement" should be plus an "s" as a plural one.

Then, this passage would be change to :  .....superficial if the three major networks all broadcast exactly the same statement(S)....

As i know, "each... the same thing" and " all ....the same thing(S)" would be correct expression
