[求助] GMAT score process - UT Austin application

Dear friends on CD,

Could you please help me understand what might happen to the GMAT score sending?

I feel so confused about the process of UT Austin.

I received email from McCombs MBA McCombsMBA@mccombs.utexas.edu

on Feb 8th '06 and one on Dec 14th '05 telling me that they had received the score.

But the status of GMAT score on application website remains unreceived today.

I wrote a mail to McCombs MBA for clarification, but was requested to wrote to GIAC about application documents,

even the addressintladmin@uts.cc.utexas.edu  given by McCombs MBA was wrong.

So I called GIAC just now, and one man, I know later was 'front desk',

told me they had a lot of problem of GMAT reporting because business operations change.

Then my call was forwarded to another man with very bad temper. After clarifying my transcript problem,

by telling them there was only 2 terms in Chinese University. (Luckily it fixed my problem)

I tried to ask the GMAT score. He told me the process between McCombs and GIAC,

but in fast speed and really annoyed sound.  At last I was told it is under process and my application

will be forwarded to McComb when finished.

I understand they work under pressure, but still very sad about the experience.

It has been 2 weeks after my submission. From my experience at other 4 schools, it should have been 'complete' at this time.

I am thinking to call them again tomorrow....Any suggestions please?

My suggestion is to send McCombs one copy of unofficial GMAT score report if you have one and then try to talk to a supervisor at GIAC. I know one woman, Sally Wolstromer who is the Administrative Associate. Her office number is(512) 475-7418. Good luck, dear.
