Choice B introduces the pronoun they without an anteced­ent. 的确很细微呢。个人意见呢

1。居民resident和家庭household的区别

2.区别存在exist和拥有possess的区别

中文里，这个社区有高收入的家庭，确切地说是存在，而不是所有权拥有关系。

D尤其明显，该社区拥有贫困线以下的收入的49%

例如：这个地方有可用的水(og有类似的题目，记不清)

this place has available water  

it'would be  better  say" there is available water here",表达的不是中文意义上的拥有关系，只是存在。

谢谢楼上,确实意思很细微的差别.还有一道好像是人口的构成ACCOUNTING (占有)也不是用WITH 和HAVE(拥有)表达!

Why E is as ambigious as B and D?
