被拒的郁闷中...往后怎么过？

First, I think your age is quite young, I know lots of applicants are over 30 years old, including me. If I cannot receive offer, I shall continute to apply for my dream school;

Second, It is important to learn something from your w/e, and to contribute to your company. The more you contribute, the more u feel self-accomplishment, the better the story you wrote;

Third, It needs time to write essays. Because of my poor writing, I spent about 4 mths writing essays.

不过看做什么,MBA不是什么玩意, 人一生做的事多着呢.假设你想成为世界首富,36也年轻.如果你想当总统56都不老.

To be frank, I don't think i contribute a lot to my company for the past 3 years although I eager to! And sometimes i really regret that i choose the founction of my position when i came to the company, since it does not give me more promising experience. Of cause the first step i need to conclude my failure is myself... But i really don't quite enjoy my post.....Then that is also why i want to make a switch... thinking about whether stay at the current company or jump to another one...... Personally, I think i am a girl with ambition and hardworking, but i really cannot find more satisfaction for my current post!!!!

看样子很迷茫。不过没关系，这是成长的烦恼。其实看你讲话，看得出你很有上进心的。而且至少不会为生计发愁吗。

建议：1）学会focus，你说自己觉得“竞争力不是很强”其实不是这样的。大多数人都是差不多的。如果说一个人比另一个人强，最大的可能就是他们的focus 不同，而大家做这个评价时，选择了前者的focus.别人的例子都是参考，但永远只是参考。我认识一个mm初中没毕业，可是现在月收入平均1w（税后纯收入）以上。她交往的都是小有成绩的白领女士（至少能消费的起她推销的产品）。你怎样评价她的竞争力？她曾经告诉我“21世纪是营销的世纪”。我想你应该知道她的focus了吧。btw她今年好像也26。

2）大胆的去尝试，想再多都是没用的。不去试你找不到你得focus.教育会让人变得善于思考，善于权衡利弊。可有的时候也会让人犹豫不决，瞻前顾后。什么事情都是做出来的！呵呵不是吗！

Take a good hold on what you are going to come with in your present career. It's crutial for you to accumulate plenty of working experience. To have been working for years doesn't equals that you are strong in working experience, which admission offiers keep being interested in. Make your working experience more various and add some changes, for which you got opportunities to take some challenges. Personality grows in taking challenges.

A man in hesitation is not the man a famous school wants, just some kind advices, not means protruding and transpassing.

鼓励一下！

可能当你想到自己已经工作3年了，觉得自己老了。但想想那些4、50的真正的成功人士，路还很长了。很多人有MBA的想法时，都觉得那是一个目标；但真的开始申请了，就学会了以MBA为起点看自己的未来。所以，眼光要放远点。

至于工作，我觉得whatever you do, get the most out of it. 上次看BW的一个关于career的post，说得很好：不要轻易换工作，换工作不是为了别的，而是因为没有上升空间了。如果像你所说的，现在的公司有很大的发展空间，就留下来，毕竟你在那里有经验、资本；如果你不喜欢自己的工作，那就出去找找看——很多事情，你不去做，永远不会知道自己行不行的。

MM不要灰心，来年如果再申请能提高的方面一个也不要放弃，特别是G 和  essay.  

不要和别人比，讲自己的故事就好了。我在申请的时候也是心里一点都没有底，直到拿到一个录取和几个面试之后才领悟到自己是有竞争力的。鼓起勇气 !!!
