刚收到CARNEGIE MELLON 的信, "Just a note to let you know that your application is complete.?Decision emails will be sent out March 13, 2006."

这应该是婉转地告诉我被拒了吧?

有哪位大侠收到过类似的邮件?

我现在感到很DEPRESSED.

I read it word by word,there is nothing track that sugget you would have been rejected by CARNEGIE MELLON.

Be patient,check the Email just to see what decision they made.

It doen't make any of sense right now but tell you the judgement dealine.
