关于leadership/teamwork,一定请牛牛们帮忙看一看。

关于leadership/teamwork,一定请牛牛们帮忙看一看。

以下是一些面试的问题,很多是针对case回答。我看了一下,我能作回答就是要communication,communication,再communication,讲不出更多的内容。想请牛牛们帮忙看看怎么回答比较好?


可能牛牛们觉得这些问题太简单了,可是我还真的说不出什么所以然来,所以求助大家了。




如果team中有一个成员的观点与其他人不同,并且他比较坚持自己的观点,你怎么办?如果project快due了,但是仍未能说服他,你怎么交作业?


如何motivate我的团队成员的?


如果别人对你提出有威胁的问题,你如何处理,如何反馈?


你工作组里你资历浅,年纪轻,你如何和年长,senior职位的人一起工作.


If you plan to organize an activity, what will you design?


you know your project milestone can not be met, how would you communicate with your manager and your team members?


When you have a team member you don’t like in the group, how will you treat him?

1) Give story with background, conflicts and solutions.  Answers such as "I know 10 ways to motivate a team member, including..." is far from attractive.


2) Give real life story, not only to answer questions, but to demon couple of your personalities.  


For example, in "how to motivate team members", you can start with "this reminds me a time when I was leading a XX project, with team members from family rabbit who love carrot."  Then "I started to motivate them using cucumber, which turns out no good" "This hurts but force me to rethink" "eventually I pick up the carrot and make them fully motivated".  This experience demon: i) your maturity; 2) your understanding of the diversity of the people and their incentives; 3) your ability of ABC (always being contemplative).  And it's fun/personal right?  I believe everyone has similar experience in his/her life when handling things like that...


3) Just be yourself and relax...

Say what you did and what you thought.

i work in a small group with  a ~70-year-old emeritus. Working
with senior pesonnel is not a tough problem in the states. You just
need to respect them like a Chinese, work hard and confront them with
your good ideas when necessary like an American.

坦白说,你连这些都找不到自己的故事,你essay怎么写的?


在坦白说,这些东西实在没有故事,网上也多的是这方面的总结。你好好去做作research,然后结合自己的故事思考思考。别总想着依靠别人。不思考的人,俺不喜欢支持。
