Finally, I got the Chicago invitation this morning. I submitted on Jan 4 and waited for the whole month.

The problem is that I have already scheduled my preparation for Wharton interview on Mar 1. In order to improve my poor spoken English，I have hired an Canadian and planned some mock interviews with friends. If I take a Chicago one in 10 days, I am sure that I can't prepare myself well for Chicago and it may endanger my current rhythm and preparation for Wharton.

Pity for my past 40 months in local and JV companies without opportunity to speak, write or read in English.

Anyway, even if I fail in both interviews (maybe three in the end), I can further improve my spoken English in the following year and retry in the upcoming early round in July, first round in Sept and second round in next Jan.

Talking about oral English capability I do not think you may make significant improvement in 10 days or in one months.

Rather I would like to suggest that you focus on the content. Do not worry about issues that you can not really do anything about it.

Improve whateve you can change and do your best.

For Wharton, I submitted on Jan 5, 1 hour before the deadline. The status changed to "complete" in Jan 8.

For Chicago, I submitted on Jan 4. The status changed to "complete" 10 or 15 days later. I'm sorry that I can't remember the exact date.

Be confident, since you have already got invitation for interview from Wharton and Chicago. Agree with CAMBA, you may focus more on your content, make your story clear and logical, keep smile, and be confident. Then you will be fine!

Frankly, my spoken english is very poor due to my local company job and my own laziness. But I will hold on and try my best.

Since you have got the two good interview opportunities, you should be confident. Try your best and you will get good results!

I have the same problem with you. I also have few chance to use English in my work, so what I can do now is trying to be well prepared.
