Full Time Top10 or Evening Top3x?

My company and home are quite far from any top schools. There is one
program the company would fully support and even with 80% pay - LFM
from MIT. Then again, it does not fit into my future plan, it needs
approval from GM level, and I do not want to limit my career choice to
current company only, although I may come back after getting an MBA.
The bargin power will be much weaker if you are obligated to come back.

That is a TOTALLY personal decision, noone can suggest without detail. Do you have further potential in your current position? Do you want to change job/industry- if yes, then the fulltime might work. If you really like your current job but just want to know more about business - then evenning school.
