Ok.  Here is how I went about the problem.  First, I favor the structure of

ranging from x to y to z.  但五项都没有.  都只有一个 to.

那好, 我第一找只有两项的, 因为只有一个 to.  and 恰好能把后两项变成一向.

好, 你问A&E怎么排除.  你一旦理解 and 的作用(我一但想通结构就没问题了), 下一个就是平行结构.  你看,  划线前是不是in some countries, 那A的结尾是不是in others.  那就对了.  

E 的 in others 放在中间了, and 之前, 但这样 in other 就不能用给 and 的后部分了.
