主谓宾清晰吧，看WITH后面指的是它的收入，其中有所有格的表示一种

XDF笔记里有说，呵呵感觉给新东方做广告啊！一般指代前面重复的，千万要用这个THAT 或者THOSE，呵呵，解释清楚了吧！

其实最好的表达是：

个人的思路是既然出现than，就表示要比较相同或同类的东西（在这里是income）。因为划线句子后面没有再出现过income这个词，所以一定要用that指代，保持than前后比较的东西一致。这样就只剩B和C了。

对于C，and表示其后的句子层级应该是和Bihar is一样的，所以后面至少需要有一个动词（和is共用主语Bihar）。这里没这个结构，C被排除。

OG里说：x is lower than y。而本句的x = the annual per capita income of Bihar，所以与之对应的y应该是the annual per capita income of （可简写为 that of）the most impoverished countries of the world。

我的问题是，为什么不能认为前面的比较部分x是the annual per capita income in Bihar？如果是这样的话，那么后面是不是就可以接E项，which is lower than it is in (the most impoverished countries...)？

关于B我觉得只能说是相对不错的选项，应该是形容词短语之后作定语（有人说是同位语），修饰紧前名词，只是觉得其中的that似乎应该用those，因为后面是多个国家的income。

你的解释很有启发性。我想说一下我的看法。

119这道题目里面的earthquake之所以要把东部和西部分开强调，是因为根据常识，地震发生后影响范围很广，可以是同时影响美国东西部。原文显然不是这个意思，为了避免这个误会，就把东西部发生的地震分开来了。

但是原题里面的income，不存在任何误会，无论使用it或者是that来指代，都知道是各个国家自己的income。所以如同og里面解释的，E选项语法上没有问题。

我认为lower than in的错误不是在于比较对象· 当一个比较从句的主语和谓语一样时，可以省略as或者than 后面的主谓，保留介词短语或者状语从句。但是仅限于than修饰的对象是在句中的成分是主语。修饰其他的成分均应用that those 代替。
 另外
that 也不是指代一个数字 而是指代 per
capita income

七楼举的那个例子是逻辑的错误不是代词的错误。

100题中的it指代是没有问题的，因为前面的名词是annual per capita income，而不是bihar's annual per capita income, 也不是annual per capita income of bihar.

it指代---annual per capita income，

which (=annual per capita income) is lower than  it (=annual per capita income) is in the most improverished countries of the world.

显然比较对象不对等，因为比较annual per capita income 收入和收入在其他国家比较不对等。
