总觉得这句话语法分析起来很奇怪。with是作插入语吧，是什么语法成分呢？最后的lower than in the most impoverished countries of the world.是修饰an annual per capita income的，那这样的形容词后置在插入语后修饰插入语还有其它更多的例子吗？ 有没有NN分析一下。

我的理解是这样的：

1 前后所比较的应该是annual per capita income，所以要用that指代这一比较对象，that of the most impoverished countries of the world就相当于是annual percapita income of the most...of the world。如果用in，则成了income in the country，显然不如income of the country好。所以不选D和E

2 对于前面所说的应该B选项中该用those而非that，我不同意。因为无论比较多少国家，所比较的东西都是annual per capita income，不需要复数

根据XDFNN的观点总结一句：在比较的句子中，it出现，一定只能跟自己比，不然就错了~

这道题是B和the most impoverished countries of the world在比~而不是B和自己比~所以E错~

OG里说：x is lower than y。而本句的x = the annual per capita income of Bihar，所以与之对应的y应该是the annual per capita income of （可简写为 that of）the most impoverished countries of the world。

我的问题是，为什么不能认为前面的比较部分x是the annual per capita income in Bihar？如果是这样的话，那么后面是不是就可以接E项，which is lower than it is in (the most impoverished countries...)？

个人认为springsound的解释是对的，至于springsound的问题，其实我认为x(the annual per capita income in Bihar)可以与y(the annual per capita imcome in the most impoverished counties of the world)比较，E的比较用法是可以的：which(the annual per capita income in Bihar) is lower than it(the annual per capita imcome) is in the most... 但相比B，D稍显wordy，而且OG里这类型的题一般都用that of 来比较两事物，可见ETS的preference。。
