HBS申请信息中有这样一句话:The Admissions Board discourages any candidate with a TOEFL score lower than 267 from applying.这里267的分数是指机考CBT的分数吗?如果我托福只有250分,是不是就不要申请了?如果还可以申请,托福250,GMAT考多少分才有被录取的希望?(只是从分数这个条件来讲)

yes, HBS set a quite high TOEFL threshold for applicants. Normally, top B-school only require a minimum of 250 whereas hbs's bottom liine is 267. According to some rumors, your writing part should be 5,0 or above. Actually, my toefl is not so high, but above 267. I think if you scored above that minimum, you will be ok with that part. There is no need to retake the toefl.
