As for my background, I'm in a sales/marketing function of a multi-national, 5 years of w/e, Gmat 730, Toefl 667. (I really don't think I am extra-niu. Besides being lucky, below explained the reason.)
Answering perfectnk's question, I put in tremendous efforts in writing the essays. I think my final products worked out being very simple, logical, convincing, and sounding like me (just me, from 7 different places) blah-blahing there. My interview was okey. I was quite relaxed, and blah-blahed all the way through. I know it's easy to say, but writing and writing is really the key.
