不好意思，今天太忙了，早上Derek的电话都差点没接到。。。根本没时间回帖。
已经在一楼补了背景，现在说说面试。
我面试是跟校友做的，校友是2005年刚刚毕业的亚洲人，现在跟我是同行，人非常好。实际上我在info session就看到过他，不过当时没有说话。面试我迟到了，但是他一点没有计较，还不停安慰我说不会根据迟到来判断我，赫赫。
面试问题大都非常传统。我把自己认为还有点怪的问题列在下面：
1.Any thing you've done that is considered non-conventional?
2.What's the most difficult constructive feedback you have ever received?
3.Tell me about a time when you witnessed bad leadership. What did you do and what's your learning?
4.Anything more personal that you considered as achievement?
5.What did you write in your Essay A? (this is a follow-up question when I asked him about his Essay A=))
面试过后，我给面试官写了感谢信，但是他一直没有回。搞得我很郁闷。后来才得知原来学校规定,面试官面试后最好不要跟候选人保持联络，以免任何误会等。所以，如果以后大家写信给面试官没有回音，也不要郁闷或灰心。
