TOFEL score sending failed , 555

Hi, Dear all:

I encountered a problem, which is quite urgent : 寄TOFEL 时, 信用卡被decline, how to deal with it ?

哪位大侠知道 any case before that TOFEL score still could be sent out with credit card payment method after the credite card was declined for once ?
