why I say so much bad things about ivey?

Thanks for sean1255's points that are as important as those of goodies. I believe you are capable of doing a good job in Ivey cause you think independently. Telling the truth or insider's opinions is beneficial to the applicants, even better than drawing a fancy picture. Support you and good luck, sean1255!

其实不只是IVEY啦,加拿大商学院毕业的中国学生都不容易在加找Decent工作的。Fiance方向的好一些。如果不是移民的话绝对要选美国TOP20的学校；如果是移民，请考虑一下上学与身份之间的Tradeoff。

对我而言，如果我去美国，就肯定想拿美国绿卡，即而拿身份。但我等不了那么长时间（7+5年左右）。我的目的是回国创业，所以就在加上完学坐完三年监回国啦。

跟找工作一样，根据自身情况考虑吧，想想自己的未来是什么样的，FIT是最重要的。对于已经在IVEY的同学来说，既来之则安之，多学东西，提升自己的能力吧，反正课程的内容跟其它商学院也没什么太大的区别，都是一个框架出来的。楼猪，相信你今年一定会上DEAN LIST的，为中国人争光哦。呵呵。

There are at least two interviews, one from admission committee, and the other one from career development manager.

The first interview is focused on your strengths and weaknesses. Mine is like a free talk, the interviewer ask all kinds of questions. I remember the first question is: "what question do you think I should ask that was not covered in your essays? " The second question is : Why MBA Why Ivey. I believe these two questions will be asked by every interviewer.

The 2nd round interview is by career manager. It is more like a job interview. Introducing yourself, your carreer development plan, why this area, what team work experience you have, how do you solve the conflicts in your workplace, stuff like that.

In general, the questions are not difficult to answer. However, I strongly suggest you to make a good preparation.
