这题改后只是把they 换成it ，可是那不就是两个句子了吗？也没有衔接

选项中唯一一个从句 that in the past would have been conceded previously to rivals.因为划线部分重复，不能选。

D是省略了THAT的定语从句,由于MARKET在从句中做CONCEDE的宾语,GMAT定语从句的宾语倾向于省略.

还是不太明白~

concede to rivals是当“对竞争对手自愿认输”吗？那market 就不能算是concede 的宾语了吧
