posted below a recommendation questions...not quite sure what the adm want to ask  and what they are looking for...i can not see much differences of the other questions. Anyone have a clear idea?

申请者比同事强的地方。比如老板是财务部经历，那申请者跟别的同事比，强的地方可能在于：intellectual curiosity, taking innitiatives, quick understanding of problem,etc.

从老板的角度看这个申请者的发展潜力如何。通常老板会奖这是个很好的员工，本来在公司里有很好的发展，很可惜我要失去这个员工了，但是我还是强力推荐他/她上MBA，因为他/她告诉我未来的职业目标，我很支持。

推荐信不拘一格。推荐人哪会费心想我们写essay一样去写推荐信？
