Because I dunt take course in Br U, so i cant tell you which program is better, though I have got some general idea from students there--u can choose different concentration
For financial thing, definitely, i think you should choose RIT. No necessary spending two years just for a MSF program with huge cash outflow evenif u were rich guy.
The job market (according to the program) in States is obscure for all of us...more depends on urself.
Anyway, I get ur email address from sb in school just tell us you are a strong candidate : ) (I am in RIT). The courses is tough but I think you should have your own ambition career plan bcas the MSF itself just open a door for u to enter USA.
Personal idea.
BTW, I ignore the underlying assumption: dunt considering scholarship
